Spec sheet efficiency

2 issues here

1. I create my spec sheets per room. Right now I have no ability to send all at once so I get the link for each and add them all to an email so they can all be in one place for contractor. Not very ideal.

2. When I send boards to clients, I turn off the shop it button so now when I turn these into spec sheets, the contractor don't have the links to see the specs of each items because the shop it is off. I have to duplicate the boards I'm going to use in spec sheets and turn on "shop item" in order for that to work. Lots of extra work and we risk giving clients shopping links.

It would be great to turn on all link options at once in spec sheet tab.
