Spec Sheet Template

I would love it if there were a way to create a template for spec sheets so that I am not re-creating the wheel every single time for every job. I work with a lot of different builders and they all want to see my spec sheets with different information on them so it would be super helpful and a huge time saver if I could create a different template for each builder!!
