Stock availability to client

It would be really great if there was a way to see if a product is in stock without having to click into the same screen that shows our net pricing. Sometimes we are with a client and they ask for availability on an item and we can't see it on any public screens. Can you streamline a way for availability to be turned on for a client to see that field when we scroll down into the thumbnails, similar to where it shows the item price if we toggle that on?
