Streamline PO to Spec Sheet

I have a request that we should be able to generate a Spec Sheet from a PO. It would be nice if we click on the 3 dots and say “turn into a spec sheet” or turn into a “quote”. It would be so helpful if we started from beginning to end of each project and were able to generate the next phase from the previous document. Does that make sense?
