Subject lines and auto-populated text needs to be cleaned up

Example: when we submit a design board to a client, an auto text announces that the total number of design boards are ready for view. Usually, I’m just sending one new board, not 12, for example. Most auto-populated emails and notifications say things that we don’t necessarily want to say. Let us enter our own subjects and text. Thanks! :-D
