Subscription Option Without Floorplanning & Rendering

I never use the floor plans for 3d renderings features (I use sketchup for this) and I’d love a subscription option without that. I feel like I’m paying $75 for a lot of features I don’t use. If I downgrade to the e-design tier to save some money, I lose the ability to create quotes, invoices, and retainers.
