Syncing retainers to QB - duplication of income

There needs to be a function that does not duplicate a paid retainer when applied to an invoice. Now when a retainer is applied it shows up again in undeposited funds. The retainer was deposited previously and should not be showing up a second time.

Turning off the Sync for the retainer payment doesn’t always resolve this.
