Task "complete" specific to user

I’d love to see the task complete button specific to the user. When my PM assigns me tasks, I like to mark them complete, so I know they are done. She then goes back and marks them not completed, because she may still need to follow up on things. It would be amazing to make it specific to a user, so things are cleaner and less confusing!
