Task Management / Automation

This may already be a feature and I’m just not seeing it yet. But a task management feature would be really great and would make it a true all in one tool. For example, you’re working with a client. You’ve done the consultation, they’ve approved all the products, but now the designer needs to order the product, then when they arrive, the Ops team needs to receive the items, perform the quality inspection, mark them “here” in inventory, then stage the items for pickup/delivery then hand off to the admin teams/designer to contact the customer, schedule delivery, and address any other concerns or questions. Our special orders teams may then needs to contact upholsterers or other vendors to address any special requests or customizations that the selling vendor did not provide. After all that, it’s back to the Ops team to prep the items for pick up and/or delivery. contact the customer to confirm delivery times/windows, then deliver the items. I’m sure there are steps I’m forgetting, which is why having task management functionality that notifies appropriate teams when a task has reached their specific processes would be super beneficial. Otherwise, you end up having 3-4 systems for task management and automations, CRM, Store/POS, app integrations, etc…
