Tax Products and Shipping Separately

Right now, in your invoices, you have to select to tax all shipping, while you can choose to add tax to each product line by line. Some of our shipping is previously taxed, some is not, so I'd like a toggle switch or check box to check which shipping needs tax applied line by line.
