Time tracker summary on primary bar (like the new tasks)

It would be incredible as a business owner to have a summary of the time tracker (just like the new tasks) in the main header selections. 1. It would let us know very quickly where invoicing needs to take place. 2. It would help allocate and manage resources across multiple projects as well as look for areas of improvement and 3. It would help us plan for better flat fee structures in the future which clients appreciate. Lastly, 4. It would help us look at our rates and time commitments to be able to evaluate if we are on target or need to adjust.
(Pretty please! This would be huge and sooo appreciated!)
