Time tracking by month/week/day

Can there be a filter setting to see all the hours I worked in 1 week or month for ALL clients? My goal is to have 20 billable hours each week and there is not an easy way to track this without logging into each project and doing the math manually. OR if there was a different page to log hours for multiple clients at one time (instead of toggling back and forth between projects) and each logged hour/s was a line item on one page but then you could filter by invoiced/not invoiced, client, week, month or year.

Then also have the ability to create invoices from this page too.
