Time Tracking in hours and minutes.

To bill clients quickly and easily, it would help immensely if the time tracker was in hours and minutes. I don't want to perform any calculations in order to get the data I need to bill clients or to keep track of hours for whatever I'm using the time tracker for. Please make the time tracker simple by adding this feature.
