Track actual shipping costs in each client order

Hi DesignFiles Team!

We're looking for a way to track actual shipping costs against estimated shipping costs for each product order.

We estimate shipping when preparing client quotes, but once the order is placed, the vendor's actual shipping charges are often different.

Is there a way to enter the actual shipping expense separately from the shipping amount billed to the client, so our project profitability and financial reports accurately reflect our true costs and margins?

Ideally, we'd like to track both amounts without changing the original client invoice.
