Track annual vendor minimums

We have annual minimums that we need to spend with certain vendors each year to maintain account status and maximum discount. It would be great if these could be auto tracked as products were added to invoices or even manually in the interface somewhere. Almost like a reverse retainer for vendors. Have a great day!
