In the tracker, add filters to allow to view all items tracked for all projects. Allow to filter by project, to see all items, filter by vendor on one page, filter by dates such as shipping, at receiver, delivery.
Filtering if the task is complete or incomplete would be helpful in a project. Or if a task is completed it get archived and hidden but can always be retrieved like an archived project
