Tracking hours - Rounding to the quarter of an hour

When providing hourly services, it would be helpful to round to the quarter of an hour.

    And in general, recording time entries is clunky… it’d be nice to be able to type “1.5” instead of having to enter “01:30”… even if I enter “1” it turns it into “10:00” and I have to back out of that and type the entire four digits.
