Unable to Preview all slides when projects have folders

We usually do whole home furnishing and renovations. We end up with tons of slides. The folder idea is very helpful until we want to present to our clients. It only shows the slides not in folders. Can you work on a way to present all slides at once? Going back in and of of the preview is not very professional looking in our presentation mode. Hope you can help.
