VENDOR DROP DOWN

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! If even one team member adds a space after a vendor name it creates a whole new vendor. This is very frustrating, I've even had an issue with duplicating a vendor because I had my all caps on or like I mentioned I added a space. Having a drop down, like you do on tags, would eliminate this. THANK YOU!!!
