VENDORS - Suggested vendor list.

Suggest VENDOR LIST based on our inputted vendors when we clip a project to avoid duplicating vendors. Have a pull-down (like the tags) that suggests the Vendor names that we've created previously. For example, if I'm clipping a product from Build.com and I put the vendor in as "build.com", but I already have "Build" as a vendor, it will prevent me from creating a duplicate vendor.
