It would be great if the system could track any correspondence sent through the program's email. For instance, when a customer opens an invoice, views it etc.
Absolutely! My bookkeeper would like me to start invoicing in QB, but without simple features like being able to know if a client received and viewed an invoice, I’m going to stick with invoicing through Quickbooks.

I’d really like to be able to know if a client has received and opened my invoice. There is no way of knowing if my emails go to their spam or if they have opened it and forgot to pay it.
