Vision Board Layers

Instead of pushing a layer all the way to the back and having to continuously click over and over to pull it forward, I want to see the order of the layers. Another tool I used (ie: photoshop. PicMonkey, etc) allows you to see a panel off to the side of the screen of all of the layers (in order). You can drag and drop layers instead of blindly clicking to move them. Can you offer a panel like that?
