We are having a difficult time tracking shipping and delivery costs. Designers don’t always receive the bills and it slides through the cracks at the end of a project. What is the best way to track for complete end of project functionality?

Would like more control on our end as to what it shows to the client in order tracker client view.

Maybe only show only:

Item, name

Ordered date

Estimated ship “date” (in future date time)

Delivered to: (either receiver, shop, home)

Notes to client only
