we have different questionnaires based on the different type of projects we serve (i.e. furnishing design vs new build design - asks entirely different questions). But when it comes through via email it doesn't indicate which Questionnaire they completed. For us this makes it hard to kjnow what type of design client they are. We dont use the Packages feature because we have our own packages in our website and the package they click on takes them to the questionnaire they need to fill out. but on our end when it comes through we cant tell which of our questionnaire they filled out. It's not indicated in the email or in their project page. It just shows their answers so we have to decipher based on the questions we see. See images attached showing the different questionnaires we have set up vs what comes through which doesnt indicate which one they filled out.
