Please add workflow automation tools to the suite. I absolutely love the program, but it would be much easier to manage clients if we could create workflow automation to automatically trigger sending out quotes, invoices, designs, and standard emails.

    API Integration Request for Enhanced Workflow Automation

    I'd like to request API or webhook functionality to automate client onboarding, order tracking, POs, etc.

    My specific use case:

    • When clients schedule consults (via Calendly/Acuity) or sign contracts (via DocuSign), I want to automatically create them in DesignFiles with their address and project details

    • This would eliminate manual data entry and improve our order tracking efficiency

    Business value:

    • Reduces manual work and potential errors

    • Faster client onboarding

    • Better data consistency across our tools

    • Would likely benefit many of your creative agency customers

    What I'm looking for:

    • REST API endpoints for creating/updating clients

    • OR webhook functionality to receive client data from external apps

    • Basic documentation for integration

    Is this something on your roadmap? I'd be happy to discuss our workflow in more detail or participate in beta testing.
