It would be great to be able to sort the Spec Sheets according to category ( for an example when ordering separate the upholstery, lamps, or according to vender, etc) similar function/feature to a spread sheet.
The ability to sort specs by label/title. I’ve noticed similar posts from a year ago plus requesting to sort specs by different options; however, it would be so helpful to organize by item name/label instead alpha numerical order (ie lighting as L-1, L-2…or paints as P-1, P-2, etc). On larger projects, spec sheets become overwhelming and unorganized when the only option is by date.

spec sheets leave a lot to be desired- formatting them so you can fit more like 6 to 8 items per page would be idea.
Or being able to “left justify” a few items- primarily the image, product name and quantity. then the rest of the details could “right justify” to make columns and fit more items per page
A heading/ category header is also essential- most projects broken down by product category or by room so this makes it much easier to read and elminates the text heavy current version
