Would be amazing to have the ability to track our own time internally (so that we can see billable vs non billable time). In addition, the new feature for the calculated items on time tracker (per project) is wonderful-but would be even better if you could see this for all projects!!! And compare your internal time vs billable time per project along with it.

    Proposed Feature: Retainer-Based Time Tracking "I would like to request a feature that allows the Time Tracker to show a set amount of pre-purchased hours to a client and then subtract tracked time from that total.

    This would function similarly to a retainer model:

    Set Initial Balance: Allow us to enter a 'flat fee' or total number of hours agreed upon for a project.

    Real-Time Deduction: As we track billable time, it should automatically subtract from that balance.

    Low Balance Alerts: It would be helpful to see a clear visual of when we have 'used up' the retainer so we know exactly when to bill the client for more time.

    Currently, we can see billable vs non-billable time per project, but having this 'draw-down' view would be a huge improvement for those of us working on a flat-fee or retainer basis.
