Make a decline option on quotes so they are in red, and we can see what ones are declined. Currently we have to toggle it back to “draft” so we know that it’s not the accurate quote.
When a client declines a quote, I would like to see that on my dashboard it shows as “not approved” or “declined” instead of approved. The only choices from the drop down are approved, submitted and draft. Approved is not useful when they have declined the quote. Thank you
After a quote has been approved by a client (and even paid for/ordered) they can still go in and change approved/declined status in a quote. Can you please add the option to toggle OFF these buttons on a quote that is completed for liability and process management purposes? Similar to view settings in products. Thanks!!

Show client declines on quote list

would be great if we could update quotes status to “denied” or some other acknowledgement that client was shown but did not approve.
