Client Presentation of Design Board

Add a presentation mode for design boards. Sign in under "client view" so I can present directly from my tablet with only what I want the client to see. Currently boards are only able to be mailed to a client. I added another email address of mine as a fake client to be able to view as client. This is cumbersome and still not professional. Please improve.
