Board presentation mode does not display full-screen — all viewing/export options have issues
I use DesignFiles to present concept boards to my clients, and I'm running into a serious problem: there is no way to display a board so that it fits the screen completely and in full resolution at the same time. Presenting a concept only works if the board fills the whole screen — otherwise it loses its impact. Right now none of the available options achieve this. Here is exactly what happens with each:
1. Download as PDF. When I download a board as PDF, the board does not stretch across the full A4 page — it sits small within the page with large empty margins around it. The result is unusable for presenting or printing.
2. Share to client. When the client opens the shared link, the Annterior branding and the page counter appear at the top of the screen and push the board downward, so the board is never fully visible. You have to scroll down to bring it fully into view, and every time you move to the next board it jumps back down again. This makes the flow awkward and unprofessional during a live presentation. If I try to compensate by reducing the browser zoom to 80%, the board does fit on the screen, but it becomes so small that it loses all impact.
3. Zoom out in my account. If I zoom the board out from my own account, it enlarges but becomes larger than the screen, so I have to scroll up and down while explaining — which looks unpolished in front of a client.
The only workaround I've found is to download each board as a JPG and rebuild the presentation manually in PowerPoint, one image per full slide. This works visually, but JPGs can only be downloaded one board at a time (not all at once), so it's a lot of extra manual work for every project.
What I need:
A proper full-screen presentation mode that displays each board fitted to the screen (fit-to-screen / fit-to-height), with no branding bar, page counter, or scrolling pushing the board out of view.
Alternatively, an export (PDF or images) where each board fills the entire page at full resolution, and the ability to export all boards of a project at once rather than one by one.
This last step, one of the most important in our flow dilutes the quality of our work so bad. Please do something.
Would love an option to present directly in design files similar to google slides. Right now we have to export each individual slide in order to put it into a different software to present. Would be nice to present directly with only the board and nothing else around it full screen.
It would be great if the presentation version was larger - in PDF format there is a significant amount of white unused space and it looks like slides on a page not a real presentation because of the black box outlet around each page.
Add a presentation mode for design boards. Sign in under "client view" so I can present directly from my tablet with only what I want the client to see. Currently boards are only able to be mailed to a client. I added another email address of mine as a fake client to be able to view as client. This is cumbersome and still not professional. Please improve.

Better presentation formatting
It would be great if the presentation version was larger - in PDF format there is a significant amount of white unused space and it looks like slides on a page not a real presentation because of the black box outlet around each page.

Full screen presentation
When presenting in person or on zoom, it would be such a better experience for the client if the presentation could be full screen.

I totally agree! I present to clients in person and HATE seeing the “client preview” banner across the top when looking the designs.

This is very needed! Would love to have the options that Canva has implemented in their presentation mode:
Present & Record
Notes View
Full Screen
Autoplay
