Notifications Going only to assigned Designer

Would be great if only the designer assigned to a project got the notifications, both within the app and the email. Would also be great if you could control what notifications you receive via email vs getting bombarded with a million emails all of the time, for example when a client approves products. We design entire homes at one time and this is always super annoying.
