TAX PROBLEM

Hi everyone, I have a question about invoicing products with different tax rates in a software like Designfiles or QuickBooks. My client needs to invoice products purchased from different stores with different tax rates, but we're having trouble figuring out how to do it correctly. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
